About the Role
Here’s an opportunity to step into a level two Service Desk Analyst role! Being the first point of contact to our biggest clients, no two days will be the same as you’ll be tackling every technical issue that comes your way!
What you’ll bring
Your verbal and written communication skills are the key to your success in this role. You’ll have experience in level 1 technical support, and you’ll love helping people with your effective communication skills.
