They have a great opportunity for a friendly, proactive, enthusiastic and super organised Marine Services Coordinator to join their supportive team and organise the smooth and effective operation of their Marine Team, who operate the Port’s tug and pilot services.
This permanent role works closely with the wider Port Operation as well as a range of customers and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include scheduling of shipping, coordination of rosters, maintaining vessel records, compiling data and reports and providing a full range friendly and proactive administrative support.
Described as the key communication hub for the team, this role would suit someone who loves the challenge of juggling phones calls, co-
ordinating and communicating information and making sure that all of the relevant details are accurate and up to date.With a practical and adaptable interpersonal style, strong communication skills and exceptional organisation and time management skills you’ll have proven experience in a busy administration or co-
ordinating role. You’ll also have excellent computer skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities across the day.
