  • Our client is a medium sized manufacturing business supplying quality products for their clients in the construction industry throughout the Waikato.

    The business is enjoying phenomenal success and growth, and they now require a talented individual to drive this key function of the business.

    The new Sales Manager role has been created to lead this company’s sales team. This senior role will also be part of the leadership team where everyone works closely to drive the business forward.

    We are looking for a sales manager who has proven success in effectively managing existing clients, acquiring new clients and developing and managing a small sales and support people to achieve the goals of the business.

    To be shortlisted for this you will ideally have :

  • At least 5 years’ experience driving successful business to business sales
  • Proven team membership, leadership and sales team management experience
  • Ambition and be looking to contribute to an already successful company
  • Strong sales drive to manage and acquire new business and clients
  • Strong leadership, support and strategic ability
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The talent to work effectively across multiple groups with varying expectations and priorities
  • An understanding that you will need to learn to be successful in the role
