Technology Strategist - Digitas
Role Purpose
The Tech Strategist is responsible for creating, planning, proposing, and delivering technology roadmaps for Digitas’ clients based on their business and marketing needs.
The Tech Strategist works closely with the Strategy, Client Services, Technology and Project Management teams to ensure recommendations suit client needs, are the best representation of tech capability, and are technically feasible.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy Creation
Work with clients and internal teams to identify business problems, customer needs, channels and experiences needed to help them grow
Lead and / or facilitate client workshops
Adept at analysing reports & data, and working with Data, Tech, and CX teams to inform evidence-based decisions, and set clear metrics into strategy.
Quickly distil information into easy to understand strategies, briefs and projects that look great.
Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends
Client Relationships
Foster and grow strong client relationships by proactive thinking, planning, and actions
Teamwork
Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with team members
Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results
Communication
Establish sound communication to channels to ensure the right information gets to the right people at the right time
Provide well thought-out, concise and timely oral and written communication
Keep all relevant people informed on progress
Relationship Management
Management of stakeholders internal relationships, clients
Management of supplier relationships
