Here's a fabulous opportunity for a highly effective administrator to assist the Branch Manager and Account Managers at CARTERS Papakura to meet the branch's business objectives with the key responsibilities being as follows :
Maximising debtor collections to exceed 85% of total Branch debtor balance
Supporting with SOLAR contract administration and maintaining a secure and accurate filing system for various branch documentation
Accurately processing all banking and payroll requirements enduring deadlines are met as well as coding and recording expenses and petty cash
Implementing good work-flow management practices in order to enhance branch efficiency
KEEN TO NAIL THIS?
The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :
A skilled administrator who has an eye for detail and is adept at managing their time with proven ability to work well under pressure
Strong numerical reasoning with computer skills that will prove their worth coupled with Intermediate Excel ability
Excellent communication and relationship building skills to be the key go-to person for both customers and branch staff, etc
Industry experience / product knowledge is desirable but not essential
