Motivate and inspire the team to their best potential, ensuring a clear understanding of performance expectations, deliverables and individual responsibility.
Actively manage staff's availability and performance whilst on the queues to ensure total service level optimisation.Deliver a consistent service experience, acting as an ambassador for 2degrees, ensuring first contact resolution, cultivating a service-oriented environment.
Identify and recommend improvement to reduce failure demand within Customer Care and ensure we are constantly driving enhancements to the service experience.
