The office is tight-knit and they are looking for a dedicated Credit Control superstar to join their team.
Some more information about the role
This is a newly created role with the idea to centralise the credit control function. You will be working with one other credit control expert with a focus on ensuring payment arrangements are in place and kept on top of.
You will have a strong focus on building relationships with the clientele and also with the internal branch managers. There will be a big push on collecting some older debt as well as ensuring the current outstanding is kept on top of.
So who are you, and what is your profile?
You are an immediately available experienced credit controller who has a real passion for what they do. You will enjoy and get satisfaction from cleaning up a messy ledger and have no problem picking up the phone.
You will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication with the ability to comfortably build relationships with both customers and with internal stakeholders in order to get a quick satisfactory outcome.
You will confidently work well unsupervised and take responsibility for your own work.
You will also be well organised, diligent, resilient and have a can-do positive attitude and bring a good energy to the team.
