This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will bring strong account management, administrative skills, and experience, ideally from within the body corporate industry.

The role :

Your purpose is to manage a portfolio of existing Body Corporate client accounts and assist in onboarding new business.

Key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Taking full ownership and accountability for the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of Bodies Corporate accounts.
  • Working closely with the Body Corporate administration team to carry out all account management duties.
  • Professional management of a portfolio of Bodies Corporate clients.
  • Convene and chair body corporate meetings (note : some evening work may be required) and preparation of minutes.
  • Oversee the facilities management function; service contracts and repairs & maintenance.
  • New business development, meeting new clients, site visits, proposals, on-boarding.
  • Manage accounts receivables / payables and month end accounting processes.
  • Database maintenance and management.
  • Assisting with the production and circulation of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc correspondence to clients.
  • To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate :

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Account management experience, ideally within the body corporate industry.
  • Initiative.
  • Understanding of contracts and legal information.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft programs and management software.
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Impeccable time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Solid reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Strong and professional customer service focus.
  • Above all, you will be a cooperative team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
