  • We have a fantastic opportunity for an L&OD Partner to join this successful Learning and Organisational Development team;
  • one which has won numerous awards. We are looking for a talented individual to build on this success and help take the team to the next level.

    About the role : The primary function of the role is to provide first-class learning and development for operational teams and processes, product knowledge, customer service and sales excellence.

    In order to succeed, you will be an integral part of the business, helping you to identify L&D gaps and recommend solutions.

    As an L&OD Partner, you will also build and deliver training solutions that add unique value to the business, are sustainable and support the long-

    term strategic goals of the business

  • Tailor training material and delivery of content to support strategic goals and growing the engagement of our people
  • Prepare ongoing rolling training plans specifying courses and programmes, objectives, dates, venues and numbers within an agreed budget
  • Coordinate the preparation and presentation of training sessions for soft skills, transactional and process training. This includes e-
  • learning modules, webinars and regional training sessions.

  • Conduct training needs analysis to determine organisational and individual training needs, and liaise with Managers, P&P Partners and managers team to address training requirements
  • Monitor, evaluate and modify training programmes to ensure the business needs are being met
  • Collaborate with the FB L&D function and external consultant to create solutions, share knowledge and resources, and achieve efficient use of skills
  • About you : As well as being able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing client relationships; you will have sound operational experience with proven coaching or training;
  • either through formal training roles or as a team leader / manager / mentor / coach of others. A proven aptitude for using systems e.

    g. MS Office, Learning Management Systems, interest or experience in e-learning.This is an excellent opportunity to stamp your mark by delivering ambitious but achievable L&OD outcomes for the business.
