We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our close knit Homecare and On Boarding Teams in our Quay St branch.
This role is permanent, full time (Monday Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm).
The Role :
The core component of this role is to assist our Homecare and On Boarding teams with their client portfolios, as well as setting up new client referrals on a daily basis.
This involves rostering support workers on a daily basis to ensure our clients’ needs are met
Answering welcome calls and arranging visits for service plans
Liaising with our clients, support workers and occasionally our funders
Excellent communication skills are integral for this role.
