  • We have an exciting opportunity to join our leading public law and regulatory litigation practice. A key member of our team is leaving to go on his OE and our loss is your opportunity.

    The team are problem solvers and enjoy helping our clients identify and navigate their public and administrative law obligations.

    We advise on a wide range of public law matters and appear regularly in courts, specialist tribunals, commissions and inquiries.

    In this role you'll work directly with partner Sally McKechnie. You’ll work collaboratively with the other team members, including mentoring juniors.

    We operate a national litigation practice and you’ll have the chance to work closely with other specialists and teams in the firm.

    Ideally you will have 8+ years' PQE, strong academics, experience in or exposure to public and administrative law, regulatory matters and litigation, gained at a respected top tier or boutique firm, or potentially in-house.

    You'll be confident, pragmatic and enthusiastic. We need someone smart, switched on, and motivated, who can work independently and thrives in a team environment.

    It is a family friendly team. Part-time hours and / or flexible work is a real possibility for this role, and will be actively considered.
