We’re looking for a skilled, motivated and positive team member to bring their passion for recruiting and building relationships across all levels of the organisation to this busy and varied role.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider People and Capability team, your role as Recruitment Advisor will see you becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment of clinical and non-clinical health professionals across a variety of service areas within the DHB.
Your role will involve creating sourcing strategies to achieve the short and long term hiring goals often within hard to fill areas.
You’ll also have the ability to offer expert advice across campaign planning, the hiring process and ultimately finding the right person for the job.
Being able to organise and prioritise your time effectively; and build relationships to work confidently alongside senior management will be strengths of yours.
Alongside this permanent position, we also have a great fixed term opportunity available for a period of up to 12 months.
Our ideal candidate will come to us with recruitment experience, either from an agency or internal environment or preferably both! Your commitment to customer service will ensure the candidate experience is a positive, memorable and consistent process.
The successful applicant will have training in our systems and processes so when you start working independently you’ll be able to hit the ground running
