Part time position working 21 hours per week across Monday to Sunday.
Our Napier Library is looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills to make a difference to the customers of our exceptional Library.
This is a very busy frontline position based at both our Napier branches, involving supporting the delivery of our community programmes and online services, customer enquiries, issuing, and returning stock.
Please note : this role involves weekend work.
The person we are looking for will have previous experience working in a customer service position.
