In this key role, you will assist the day staff in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Front Desk and assist guests with any late night enquiries, reservations, housekeeping requests.
Thisis a full time, 40 hours per week role.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years of hotel front office experience, in 4+ star environments. Experience completing the Night Audit process will be an advantage, as will knowledge of Opera.
You pride yourself on your ability to communicate at all levels and maintain your cool head whilst solving problems under pressure.
You are looking for a role where guest comfort, safety and security is paramount and you are respected for your high standards.
Ideally you will have your LCQ and First Aid Certificates, although these are not immediately essential. If you don't have hospitality experience this role would also suit someone coming from an administration, banking or financial background with a focus on customer service.
