The role

The purpose of this role is to provide administration and financial support to the Contract Manager. This is a site based role that will manage documents, communication, invoicing and reporting .

Key responsibilities include :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the contract
  • Management of invoices, payments and financial systems to support the contract manager.
  • About you :

  • Office administration experience to intermediate level
  • Experience in construction would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with RAMM Contractor, or similar office databases would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills
