Your role & responsibilities include : Directing property campaignsDrafting & checking completed listing documents & contractsPrepare and format reportsUpdate and maintain database records and registersPrepare and manage marketing, printing, organising signboards, brochures, open home and property documentsOrganising and setting up for auctions and eventsAssisting with scheduling open homes and private viewingsManaging calendars We are looking for someone that uses their initiative, who will add value to the team and that is confident about tabling their ideas.
We are not looking for an order taker. To be considered for the role you’ll ideally have the following attributes and experiencePrevious administrator and real estate experienced preferredMeticulous attention to detailExcellent organisation skills and time managementAbility to prioritise workload and problem solveExceptional communication, written, computer and people skillsAbility to work well under pressure to meet deadlinesGreat attitude towards work.
