Support Worker - Community

What's the role about?
As a Support Worker you will be working with a variety of individuals to enable them to participate in meaningful activities in the community.
We are looking for passionate people to support children, youth and young adults with disabilities, helping them to get out and about in the community.
You could be taking them swimming or to sporting activities, going on walks to the park, arts and crafts, movies - the list is endless.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help people grow and achieve greater independence, develop strong social skills and support them to be part of their community - you will be somebody who really thrives off helping others.
While the role is flexible, we do require people who can commit to afternoon shifts and some weekends.

50 per hour depending on qualifications.
