Work with a giant of technology :

We currently have permanent opportunities on our Service Desk providing top notch ICT troubleshooting support to Fujitsu Clients.

While a certification or interest in IT would be awesome, we can teach the technical. What is most important are your soft skills - you'll be someone customers enjoy interacting with due to your friendly persona, excellent communication skills and can-do attitude.

As a you will provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone, e-mail and on-line inquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.

You will also maintain records and log these reported incidents using an IT Service Management tool and structured methodologies.

This role will give you the opportunity to learn and progress your career in IT Services to enterprise-level clients.

Building your own path to success :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role, ideally within a call centre environment
  • An interest or experience with technology, particularly in a Microsoft environment (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability in punctuality, time management, presentation and administration
  • Problem solving skills
