We are seeking a PayrollAdministrator to join our Staff Service Centre. You will be responsiblefor ensuring the effective and timely operation of all aspects of the datainput and employee self-service reimbursement function.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure services are carried out with an excellent customer service focus, good communication and within Service Level Agreement timeframes.
  • Ensure tasks are carried out in accordance with HealthSource, and customer DHB, policies and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide assistance to the Payroll Team as required.
  • Skills and Experiencerequired :

  • 12 months plus experience in Payroll Administration Support or Accounts Receivable data input role with exposure to a large or complex organisation
  • Experience with Microsoft word / excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
