A) The Leading Deckhand will be reporting directly to the 1st Mate or Bosun. You will need exceptional work ethics, a commitment to Health and Safety, and enjoy working in a team.
Other key competencies required are :
You must have a ADH-F ticket or a minimum of 6 months sea going experience
Proven experience in deep sea fishing operations
Proven experience in net mending required including mid water
Problem solving and communication skills
B) Deckhands will need either their ticket or at least 6 months fishing sea-going experience. We offer excellent opportunities for career development.
