  • Our Auckland Projects team based in Pukekohe has an opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join their high-

    performing team. This role requires the ability to demonstrate leadership in the delivery of different projects within our Renewals team.

    Projects include pavement rehabs, slip repair, retaining walls, and minor civil construction works.

    In addition to providing technical assistance and delivering best practice support for plant operation and construction projects, we are seeking a Supervisor who can demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills while working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors and field staff.

    The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and experience :

  • Proven work experience in civil construction teams achieving consistent, high levels of on-the job performance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a construction team preferably in the Auckland construction market
  • Experience specifically with pavement rehabs, slip repair, retaining walls, and minor civil construction work.
  • Experience with a wide range of construction plant is required
  • STMS / TC qualification an advantage
  • Maintaining and demonstrating an up to date understanding of industry HSE practices
  • Current full NZ Driver's License is required (Class 1 minimum but Class 2 preferable)
