CLEAN.com currently on the lookout for an Operations Manager to help with the day to day operation of our cleaning business.
The key objective of this role is to provide front line management with our team and build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with a diverse workforce.
Proven people management skills including roster management.
Ability to coordinate work
Experience quoting work
Management and logistics experience
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with Stakeholders
Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work to ensure our customers are delivered the best experience
An understanding of workplace health and safety and ability to promote a safety culture across the business
An understanding of business and financial outcomes and ensuring all work is completed to set budgets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE :
Must have at least minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Testing
