We have an opportunity for an experienced Financial and Office Administrator to join the Green Team working on Auckland Transport's South Rural road maintenance contract.

In this role, you’ll be based on site, managing documents, communication, invoicing and reporting and providing administration and financial support to the Contract Manager.

  • Office administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership and initiative skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analytical and decision making skills
  • Experience in construction would be advantageous as is familiarity with RAMM Contractor, or similar office databases
