Why this position?

KONE New Zealand are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist to join their team based out of Grey Lynn. The internal sales consultant will support the sales team in the pre-sales phase.

It will be your responsibility to support the team by creating leads, qualifying leads and booking in appointments. This position will be based in the office with no travel required, the main purpose of the role Is to pro actively generate leads by creating new relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the sales team by generating leads and working towards set KPI’s (Lead generation, customer engagement)
  • Creating and qualifying leads
  • Tender duplication, and tender support
  • Responsible for customer relationship creation and development
  • Support the salespeople in office tasks and visit preparations
  • Responsible for business management, timely and accurate reporting within CRM in line with Salesforce Guideline
  • Are you the one?

  • Previous experience in a sales support position
  • Can easily build rapport with new and existing clients
  • Experience creating presentations and delivering to large groups
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
  • Confident / eager and can hit the phones without fear
