We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Southern Region.

Reporting directly to the NZ National Retail Manager, you will be in charge of 10 stores. We are looking for a leader who understands the importance of inspiring, motivating, supporting and developing employees to achieve outstanding results.

We want an absolute fashion leader in this region who can drive the brand positioning forward.

This role is integral to the success of our business and key responsibilities include :

  • Accountability for achieving regional and store sales budgets and driving growth
  • Tracking and driving financial results of the 10 stores to ensure they remain profitable
  • Ensuring we have the very best teams in place in each store through effective recruitment, coaching and performance management whilst always having a focus on succession planning
  • Managing, mentoring and developing our Store Managers
  • Maintaining outstanding store presentation standards
  • Ensuring timely, accurate and relevant information is communicated to stores and that they have the tools and resources required to deliver top results
  • Successful candidate would need :

  • 3-5 years experience in Retail Management in large store or 2 years experience as a Regional Manager
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The drive to lead and develop people to be the best
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office or similar programmes
  • A clean drivers license
  • To be located in Christchurch and have the ability to travel for the role as and when required
  • A business or retail qualification would be a bonus but isn't essential
  • To be legally entitlement to work in New Zealand
