You will bring technical vision and extensive experience to Propellerhead, helping us to continue producing software solutions in an agile, lean and evolutionary manner.

You will lead and guide the design of complex systems, and we’ll depend on your judgement, opinion and insights to ensure that early delivery and continuous improvement is possible.

You will set standards for programming and lead the selection of technologies. You will be a strong team player, eliciting ideas from others and sharing technical ownership.

Far from being a theorist, you will be a confident hands-on programmer. You'll be up with the play on emerging trends and be able to quickly prototype new ideas to judge their value.

Your role will support our product owners to plan ahead on a portfolio of product roadmaps. You will be instrumental in the pre-sales process, communicating with technical and non-technical client representatives.

Rather than being blindly enamoured by shiny technology, you will be constantly focussed on finding appropriate solutions to deliver the highest return on investment for our customers.

Skills & Experience Required :

You will have owned development standards and the effective implementation of the design

You will have demonstrated this in pre-sales situations and / or the preparation of internal business cases

This includes verbally and using lightweight documentation

Confidently leading the adoption of new technologies while minimising risk
