Job Description

A Duty Manager takes the lead in the absence of the manager, overseeing store operations and cashing up.

You will keep the team focused by ensuring they are continuously developed, actively promoting a safe environment, ensuring trading requirements are met, controlling shrinkage, and maintaining consistency.

We currently have a permanent, full time position available :

  • Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday 10am - 6.30pm & Wednesday 1.30pm - 10pm
  • Qualifications

  • To be a Duty Manager you will need;
  • Minimum two years' service in retail and preferably some leadership experience
  • Drive and ambition
  • The ability to interpret and execute plans
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • First Aid certificate, Building Warden training
  • Ideally you will be wanting to step up into a management role in the future.
