  • We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Admin / CSR Rep to cover Maternity leave through to Feb / March. If you want to work for a great company who values their employees, then apply today!

    Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Answer Depot phones / and take messages
  • Take customer orders and log in system
  • Data entry
  • General admin duties
  • Adhere to site H&S at all times
  • The position offers and requires the following

  • Work with a great company
  • Located in Onehunga
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • $20-$24 / hr depending on experience
  • Weekly wages, paid on time
  • In order to be successful in this position, you will possess the following :

  • Previous or similar experience working with customers
  • SAP experience is very desireable
  • An eye for detail
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness
  • Outstanding attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • You may also be required to complete a Drug and Alcohol screen and Ministry of Justice check. Applicants must have verifiable work rights and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
