HR Advisor ACM is the leading provider of currency management ATM management and Precious Cargo services in Australia and New Zealand We are currently seeking applications from suitably experienced individuals for the role of HR Advisor for ACM New Zealand and ITS New Zealand This role will directly support the Country Manager NZ to lead performance development manage employment relations and complete recruitment workforce planning and to meet their leadership responsibilities across their region Sitting on the Senior Management team you will be able to get your teeth into some meaty projects and really make a difference To be considered for this role you must have proven experience or qualifications such as Relevant graduate and or post graduate qualification Coached line managers to develop or manage performance Supported line managers to plan and negotiate a Collective Agreement Recruited for both blue and white collar roles Participated in conciliation or advocacy in Personal Grievances 5 years experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation Experience in delivering culture change using a Valuesbased approach Experience in using Page Up or any other internal recruitment software Responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to Provide advice and assistance on policies procedures legislation and collective agreements Advise Managers on recruitment and selection strategies Coach and assist Managers in the performance management processes Partner with Managers to build their leadership capability in the management of their employees and delivery of their programs Build capability of Managers in addressing performance issues and concerns in compliance with Company policies and procedures Develop and facilitate learning initiatives and solutions to meet targeted organisational needs Provide advice on all employment related matters and facilitate redundancies and terminations Ensure all documentation is legally compliant Work alongside the Workplace Relations Manager and the HR Ops Manager in the negotiation and maintenance of Collective Agreements Contribute to and implement organisational change programs such as mergers restructures and realignments within the Company policies and requirements If you don t want to miss out on this opportunity then submit your CV today We take the security of our people and customers seriously so successful applicants will be required to undergo the following preemployment checks Criminal history check Credit agency check Functional medical assessment if required Drug and alcohol assessment Immigration check if required Reference checks A behavioural and a safety psychometric test Drivers licence check if required Firearms assessment if required
