Auckland City, AucklandFull-time, ContractWe are seeking an organised and multi-disciplinary person to coordinate the operations of a digital print room in a Central Auckland school environment.
The successful applicant will be professional, hard working, fun and communicative. This Full-time, fixed term position until July 2022 and will operate during school term times using the latest in reprographic and digital print technologies.
Working in a digital print room predominantly, the role also requires certain administrative duties and the monitoring of the Fuji Xerox devices located at the school for supplies replenishment, training and escalation of issues.
Monday-Friday / 8.00am - 4.00pm (37.5 hours a week)40 weeks a year (NOTE : Excludes school holiday periods) - This may increase depending on workloadOpportunities for career progressionYour key requirements will be : Excellent communication skillsStrong written and verbal skillsProficient skills and experience with both MacGood data entry skills with a high level of accuracyGood organisational skills to balance and manage varying workload requirements and deadlinesA positive, good negotiator with the ability to push back on demandsCan-do attitudeIf you have had previous experience within the print industry then this is an advantage, however full training is provided.
