We need a customer obsessed, energetic go getter with a passion for people development to join our Service Excellence Centre team.
This role reports to our Service Excellence Manager, and is based in Freemans Bay.
As our Customer Service Coach, you will be responsible for driving a concentrated technical capability program within the Service Excellence Centre to deliver a first contact resolution.
You will drive engagement and empower a high performing team by providing on going capability and support, whilst championing innovation & improvement across systems and processes.
You will have demonstrated great business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to
take ownership to deliver on commitments. Your excellent coaching experience along with an ability to implement & embed change in both process and system improvements will see you go far in this role.
