Crimson, in conjunction with MedView is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to work with our NZ Marketing Manager in growing the MedView brand! This is an exciting opportunity to get exposure to different areas of marketing in a fast-
growing, global company.WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Drive brand awareness of MedView's personalised education and mentoring services and products across MedView events in NZ through cross-
channel campaigns and initiatives.Distribute marketing collateral to staff ahead of events to promote MedView services.Manage and oversee pre-
event logistics, execution and optimisation of LAM with support extended to other countries as necessary.Coordination of specific outreach tactics including expos, seminars, school talks and related event support.
Contribute to project management database including : speaker lists, marketing collateral stock management, pre-event checklists and record event spend.
Be available for regular meetings with the events team to provide feedback on activations and lead optimisation to increase ROI.
Administration and marketing support on an ad hoc basis.Managing event leads and consultation requests.YOU JUST MIGHT BE THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU ARE : Some Experience coordinating events, booking venues and managing event speakers / event staff preferred but not essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience working in a collaborative team environment.A strong understanding of event operations.
Ability to self-direct and work autonomously while also being an active and engaged team member.Microsoft Office skills (powerpoint, excel).
Experience working with G-Suite.Have completed, or in the process of completing a marketing, business or communications-related degree.
