We currently have an immediate need for a Human Resources Administrator in Lower Hutt, New Zealand

PURPOSE

To assist in the implementation, administration, and monitoring of HR processes relevant to Aviats’ needs and culture, locally, regionally, and globally.

  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the recruitment process ensuring that process and approvals are adhered to while maintaining a high standard of accurate and prompt documentation and service.
  • Administer new hire and exit processes including conducting inductions and exit interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Conduct regular data audits.
  • Using the appropriate procedures, record, document, report and escalate all the necessary employment information so that the organization can comply with all its internal and external Human Resources requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee information within personnel files and the HRIS / payroll databases while ensuring compliance with Privacy legislation.
  • OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support regional and global HR initiatives as required.

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • OTHER COMPETENCIES
