An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Capacity Planner to join a passionate organisation who are dedicated to research and custom education, making a tangible difference every day.
This is a newly created role which supports new ways of thinking. The main focus of this role is to establish a capacity planning model, to allow effective operational management across all aspects of strategic growth.
Ideal Candidate :
Prior experience in a capacity planning role building and forecasting models and plans
Knowledge of statistics, forecasting and management information methodology
An analytical mindset to undertake complex analysis
Strong IT systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical to layman terms
Proven internal stakeholder relationship management skills
A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification
A proven track record in process improvement and lean principles (desirable)
