An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Capacity Planner to join a passionate organisation who are dedicated to research and custom education, making a tangible difference every day.

This is a newly created role which supports new ways of thinking. The main focus of this role is to establish a capacity planning model, to allow effective operational management across all aspects of strategic growth.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Prior experience in a capacity planning role building and forecasting models and plans
  • Knowledge of statistics, forecasting and management information methodology
  • An analytical mindset to undertake complex analysis
  • Strong IT systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical to layman terms
  • Proven internal stakeholder relationship management skills
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • A proven track record in process improvement and lean principles (desirable)
