The Role : Where you fit in

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Providing administrative and secretarial duties support to the Finance Manager
  • Working with Quality, Safety and Workforce, the Operational Management of each service area for monthly reporting.
  • Interpret and report system level data and information to design reporting dashboards specific to service functions
  • Management of business case development
  • Your skills will include :

  • Experienced administrator with superb organisation, time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Well developed computer skills including knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet required deadlines
  • Excellent relationship building skills with patients and colleagues, coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Highly effective communication written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work and plan autonomously to meet required deadlines
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience using a Patient Management System would be an advantage, however full training will be provided by our supportive administrative team.
