About the RoleAs Project Coordinator, you will take responsibility for site administration, document management and the task coordination support of the AMETI Eastern Busway 1 site team.
This role requires the flexibility to work from the site office in Panmure as well as the Viaduct Harbour Office.About youYour sound understanding of construction site administrative controls on large infrastructure projects will have you stand out over others.
You will be an excellent communicator and be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders and project managers to support our project.
This position will suit a resilient and proactive person that thrives under pressure and enjoys a dynamic team environment where they can use their full suite of skills to produce quality results consistently.
The ideal candidate will possess : A tertiary qualification in a related field2-5 years relevant experience working in a local government project delivery, property or planning environmentExperience working in a project controls role is desirableExperience with document management systemsExperience in Procurement and contract administrationExperience in use of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and ProjectSharePoint experience an advantageSAP experience essentialExperience in customer relations desirableWhat we can offer : At Auckland Transport we are committed to our staff and making AT a great place to work -
