Responsible for the delivery of cost effective FM services, general maintenance requests coordination, repairs and site inspections
Responsible for the management of all work orders, vendors and work closely with the Facilities Coordinator
Responsible for portfolio budgeting and reporting
Manage the HSE programme and provide annual HSE inspections
Review contractor safety documentation and manage the permit to work system
Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
Experience in facilities management
Understanding of financials and occupancy budgets
Experience managing contractors
Understanding of mechanical / hydraulic and essential services
Working knowledge of the current Health & Safety at work Act
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
