You must have had at least two years experience in a large Corporate ideally Professional Services as an PA / EA or administrative support.

This is a business critical role, we need someone who is professional and switched on, someone who enjoys being part of a high performing team and enjoys taking ownership for getting things done!

Responsibilities :

  • Monthly billing
  • Team events and projects. Organization of client events and support of wider firm events. events.
  • Diary and email management
  • Ad hoc administration - letters, reports, expenses
  • Support for two Partners and wider team.
  • If you have had experience with MYOB and RETAIN Resource planning this would be fantastic.

    This role is due to start mid December 2020 (for a handover and Christmas party!) and please note we have a shut down period from 23rd December to 18th January 2021.
