Reporting into our HR Director Pacific (in Sydney) you will support our HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager in New Zealand to ensure our people have smooth running HR and recruitment processes nationwide.
Be the first point of contact for general HR and recruitment queries from our managers
Consult with and offer HR advice to managers or link in with the HR team to resolve their queries
Coach managers on how to run HR meetings and the performance management cycle
Create HR / recruitment reporting and analysis and internal communications
Post recruitment advertising and assist with ad hoc recruitment tasks
Support the HR Business Partner with a variety of project work
Create and update our position descriptions, templates and letters
Ensure our data is clean in our HR system and provide training on our system (Workday) to our managers
Support our people change and transformation agenda for New Zealand
Skills & Experience
HR experience, ideally within an operations environment or large organisation
Great interpersonal skills - able to build positive relationships, communicate and influence
Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast moving, ever changing environment
Excellent administrative skills & attention to detail
A positive, collaborative team approach
Keen to step into a new challenge, learn, grow and make this role your own
Able to attend occasional NZ-wide travel
