We are on the hunt for aCorporate Planning Manager to join our Strategy and Planning team for a fixedterm (covering parental leave for one year).

In this role, you’ll beworking alongside our teams and community to capture how we improve thewellbeing of Hamiltonians in our corporate planning documents.

Our great river city is buzzing.With an extra 21,000 people expected to call Hamilton home over the next 10years, it’s our role at Council to make sure we plan well for the future of ourcity while retaining the things that make our city so special today.

We’re all about connectingour community and our council. It’s about making sure we work alongside ourcommunity so we can understand, and plan for, the things that make the mostdifference for Hamiltonians.

This influential role isresponsible for delivering some of the organisation’s most significant plans,including our 10-Year Plan and Annual Plan.

In doing so, you will ensure thatthese plans give effect to our strategies to improve the wellbeing ofHamiltonians. You’ll also be in charge of setting the standards for thedevelopment and delivery of corporate planning and reporting across theorganisation.

If you think this soundslike you, you will need to have excellent programme management and planningskills and be able to take a range of stakeholders on the journey withyou.

You will need to establishcredibility quickly so experience in local government corporate planning is amust.
