Tauranga Scaffolding Full time
As a Scaffold Labourer, you will undertake all instructions received by the Branch Manager and / or Project Manager in regard to Scaffold Services including :
Checking worksites for possible hazards, identify and log
Loading and unloading of Scaffold from Trucks
Laying of wooden or steel boards (Sole plates) on the ground to spread the weight of the scaffolding
Assisting with erecting and dismantling all Scaffold as instructed
Regularly inspecting scaffolding for safety of structure You will also need to work safely and communicate well within a team and be able to work independently.
You must be extremely reliable, honest, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Flexibility around some weekend work and after-hours work may be required.
What you need
Experience in the scaffold industry (preferred by not essential);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Confidence and good attention to detail;
The people skills to work effectively with company personnel and customers where required, and to promote excellent customer relationships at all times;
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
A full clean driver’s license (preferred but not essential)
Valid SiteSafe Passport
