iSmart tutoring operates a network of tutor centres across Auckalnd.. We have a broad membership base and are looking to increase the level of service and support for our members across all aspects of their interfacing with our centres.

The role is based at New Lynn.

  • Some of the activities this role will include are;
  • Responding to general membership enquiries
  • Responding to and resolving or redirecting as appropriate enquiries regarding technical issues
  • Assistance with rescheduling of classes
  • Assistance with payment enquiries as raised by members
  • Involvement with social media sites as communication tools
  • Conducting proactive surveys with members to monitor service provision and identify new service requirements
  • Follow-up activity to ensure customer satisfaction with issue resolution
  • Customer retention programs to maintain the membership base
  • The successful candidate will likely possess excellent communication skills,, be empathetic,and have the follow through ability to track an issue to its complete resolution.

    Or centre operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm and Saturday 10.00 am - 4.00 pm, however flexibility of hours is available for this role.
