Aderant is seeking a Product Owner to manage products ensuring the product vision and features are converted to iterative value during the product life-cycle including concept, development, and evolution.

A background in Financial Software would be ideal.

As a Product Owner, you will work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including product management, design / user experience, and engineering to deliver the product roadmap vision.

You will work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

Skills & Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of product owner / business analyst experience
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories with strong analytical skills in agile environment
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Knowledge and understanding of database, web and cloud technology concepts
  • Experience working with development teams on accounting and financial software
  • Experience working with financial systems and professional services firms is an asset
  • Experience with Aha!, Azure Dev Ops and TFS is an asset
