About Spark Customer Channels
Customer Channels is the customer facing side of Spark. We are responsible for providing our customers with game-changing experiences and ensuring they receive the best possible service when dealing with Spark whether that be online, via our contact centre or in one of our retail stores across the country.
We really want to make a difference in the lives of everyday New Zealanders.
Working alongside our Customer Channels Leaders, you'll report into our Channel Enablement & Delivery Lead, with a key responsibility to impart 'hard' skills to our people to ensure they know how to help customers efficiently.
As a Channel Enablement Partner your key focus is to provide the CDU with facilitation and training (including online) that delivers quality outcomes for the teams and that align with the aspirations of the Channel.
