We are rethinking, refreshing and reimagining how we use energy in everyday life.About the role : We're looking for an experienced Chapter Lead to drive achievement of Genesis's Technology ambitions through world class system management.

This role is key to developing the TPO chapter operating model and is responsible for delivering to business capability requirements across Genesis.

Key responsibilities : Leading a cross functional team of Technical Product Owners (TPOs), responsible for prioritisation of work across all systems in accordance with business priority and accountable for the aggregate view of the system roadmaps and how these deliver to the business capabilities.

Leading the Technology Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) budgets and forecasts ensuring technology asset lifecycles are optimised.

As part of the leadership team within Technology Operations and Infrastructure you'll be accountable for TPO's delivering the technology outcomes in support of business capability across Genesis.

Leading the TPO chapter and working with the Technology & Transformation team to deliver the technology strategy.Engagement with stakeholders and customers to ensure that TPO functions are understood, aligned and delivering agreed business capabilities and business outcomes.

About you : 10+ years' experience within a technology, digital or data environment.5+ years' experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent experience).

Experience in a Commercial role with financial budget / forecasting responsibilities.Tertiary qualification or equivalent business discipline.

You'll be motivated by driving outcomes in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment, we're expecting energy, fresh thinking and leadership.

Through your exceptional influencing and communication skills, you will gain support and work closely internal / external stakeholders.
