We are looking for a People and Performance Partner to join the team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. Partner with the business to provide fit for purpose P&P advice, support and solutions.
Our varied workforce means that one day you might be out on-site getting dirt on your boots, while another will be spent alongside your Regional Leadership team advising and guiding on best practice across P&P.
You will support the implementation and delivery of strategic people plans, deliver day to day operational HR activities, and take ownership of new initiatives.
