The Opportunity :
We are currently seeking an intermediate or senior Project Manager to join our Auckland team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for actively managing awarded projects to completion stage.
You will be joining a close-knit team with a good culture and an impressive new office gym.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand scope, program & loading requirements for a project and arrange product procurement.
Inform, manage & monitor installers for the duration of the project.
Maintain proactive involvement in procurements, cost management and reporting.
Communicate openly with Main Contractors on project progression, variations, key dates and any issues which arise.
Complete progressive Quality Assurance.
Work closely with other Apex teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time and within budget.
Skills & Experience :
Demonstrable experience, skills and / or qualifications within the construction industry or a relevant trade area.
Minimum 3-4 years within a Project Management Role
Good understanding of the New Zealand construction market
Experience working on various sized projects
Excellent communication, both written and spoken as you will be dealing with key stakeholders.
