GNS Science is seeking an energetic and dynamic team member to provide a range of Human Resources (HR) coordination and administrative services.
In this role you will :
Provide a high level of support to the HR team
Manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process using our electronic recruitment system
Assist with payroll processing and be backup for the Payroll Advisor
Coordinate and issue all new employment / induction documentation
Assist with the extraction and presentation of HR metrics and information
Organise meetings, events, catering, travel and relocations
Contribute to HR projects
You will be the ideal candidate if you have :
Experience in a coordination or administrative support role
Have superior communication skills with excellent attention to detail
A high level of initiative, confidentiality and professionalism
Are strong team player
Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with HR systems would be desirable
