We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Partner with sales, data and product management to develop property and portfolio insights, collateral risk management solutions, valuations, hazard and climate risk management solutions to support the digital mortgage journey and embed property data solutions into customer engagement, home loan origination, and portfolio and risk management needs across banking & Finance sector
  • Grow the segment revenue and retain existing customers
  • Identify industry trends and stay ahead of the game in developing new solutions that meet customer needs
  • Influence decisions made by key stakeholders internally and externally through data led insights and industry expertise
  • Partner with sales and product to contribute to product specific segment strategy, planning, and design to ensure the product line is differentiated from competitors in the market place
  • Defining solution value propositions, support product launch and GTM strategies.
  • Gather, analyze and maintain information on competitive offerings, deliver clearly differentiated solutions, and communicate the superior value of our products to a wide range of audiences.
  • Drive industry recognition by providing industry thought leadership, property and platform insights
  • 10+ years holding leadership roles in, or for, the banking and / or finance industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Demonstrated success of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior management level, internal and external to an organization.
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success
  • Existing knowledge of CoreLogic data assets and solutions is a strong advantage
  • Intimate and technical understanding of the New Zealand banking landscape
  • Savvy and creatively minded with ability to connect discrete and complex interactions
  • The ability to adapt to work alongside and influence a range of stakeholders is essential to success, as is engaging in our culture of ownership, continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
  • Commercially minded and pragmatic. Our challenge is not identifying opportunities, it is which ones we want to prioritise
  • Strong negotiation, written and oral communication skills and a natural customer-centric approach.
