Based in Wellington you will manage a portfolio of our Government based customers, with an emphasis on strategic growth by applying value based solutions focusing on growth, retention and profitability.
Working with two talented customer liaisons and a supportive team, you will report to the General Manager - Enterprise.
As our new Enterprise Account Manager, you will :
Be responsible for growth and retention of your customer portfolio
Strategically partner with key decision makers to deliver exceptional value for OfficeMax and our customers
Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed assigned financial targets within customer portfolio
Identify and convert sales, margin, and growth opportunities
Oversees fulfilment of customer contracts and compliance
Formulate and execute business cases for account retention and growth
Respond to RFPs and tender requests, including preparing customer presentations.
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Strong business acumen with the ability to secure commercial contracts
Expert negotiation management skills
At least 5 years' experience in account management roles
Ability to identify appropriate market opportunities and proven sales success dealing with strategic decision makers i.
e. Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and senior levels of procurement.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills including formal presentations.
Confidence using cloud based CRM tools and office applications.
