  • Based in Wellington you will manage a portfolio of our Government based customers, with an emphasis on strategic growth by applying value based solutions focusing on growth, retention and profitability.

    Working with two talented customer liaisons and a supportive team, you will report to the General Manager - Enterprise.

    As our new Enterprise Account Manager, you will :

  • Be responsible for growth and retention of your customer portfolio
  • Strategically partner with key decision makers to deliver exceptional value for OfficeMax and our customers
  • Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed assigned financial targets within customer portfolio
  • Identify and convert sales, margin, and growth opportunities
  • Oversees fulfilment of customer contracts and compliance
  • Formulate and execute business cases for account retention and growth
  • Respond to RFPs and tender requests, including preparing customer presentations.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to secure commercial contracts
  • Expert negotiation management skills
  • At least 5 years' experience in account management roles
  • Ability to identify appropriate market opportunities and proven sales success dealing with strategic decision makers i.
  • e. Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and senior levels of procurement.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills including formal presentations.
  • Confidence using cloud based CRM tools and office applications.
